EuroCanterbury Ladies produced one of their best performances of the season by beating Investec England Women's Hockey League champions Reading 3-0 at Sonning.

Great Britain international Natalie Seymour converted a penalty corner to put them in front two minutes after half-time. Mel Clewlow doubled the lead in similar fashion 13 minutes later and Jen Wilson's open-play strike rounded things off five minutes from the end.

Meanwhile, Canterbury men are Conference East champions, despite suffering their first defeat of the season with a 3-2 home reverse against Teddington at Polo Farm on Saturday.

Second-placed Old Loughtonians' 2-1 home defeat by Bromley & Beckenham leaves them four points clear with one game to play.

Skipper Michael Farrer and Nathaniel Joy put Canterbury 2-0 up, only for Callum Giles' hat-trick to spoil their celebrations.
