Landslip halts train services between Dover Priory and Faversham

A landslip has cancelled Southeastern train services between Dover Priory and Faversham.

The service northbound has been suspended after the landslide at Bekesbourne.

It comes after a month's worth of rain fell in parts of Kent in just one day.

Other parts of Kent's rail network have also been affected by the deluge.

Replacement buses are running on Southeastern between Paddock Wood and Strood due to flooding at Maidstone Barracks.
