Man injured after falling from third floor window at Summer Hill in Harbledown

A man has suffered serious injuries after falling from a third floor window at a home in Canterbury.

Police and ambulance crews were called to the incident in Summer Hill in Harbledown at 11.20am this morning.

The air ambulance was also scrambled and landed at the nearby Victoria Memorial Recreation Ground in Knight Avenue.

The man, believed to be in his 40s, has been taken to hospital in London in a land ambulance.

Kent Police spokesman Scarlet Jones said officers are still at the scene trying to establish the circumstances surrounding the fall.
