CCTV appeal after restaurant bill unpaid in The Borough, Canterbury

Police are looking for a man who ducked out of paying for a meal.

They have now put out CCTV of someone they wish to speak to about the incident.

It was reported that a man left a restaurant in The Borough, Canterbury, without paying at around 1pm on Monday, May 13. The incident is classed as theft.

A police spokesman said: “An investigation into the incident is ongoing and an image of a man who may be able to assist inquiries has been released.”
