The force has today released CCTV stills depicting those it would like to identify in connection with the fracas.

Although officers arrived at the scene, they had already dispersed.

Emergency services were later called to an address in Ashford, where a man reported injuries believed to be linked to the earlier incident.

He was taken to a London hospital, from where he was later discharged.

A police spokesman said: “An ongoing investigation by East Kent CID led to six people being arrested and one man being charged in October with violent disorder and possession of an axe.

“Following appeals after the incident, further enquiries have led to the release of CCTV images of three men police have so far been unable to identify.”

The incident happened shortly after 6pm on Thursday, September 28.

Anyone who recognises the men, or has any other information, is urged to call police on 01843 222289 quoting reference 46/174346/23.
