Lydia Bright, formerly of Towie, spends weekend at The Cave hotel in Boughton

A TV personality and former The Only Way is Essex star spent the weekend relaxing at a luxury Kent hotel.

Lydia Bright shared a video to her 1.2 million Instagram followers showing her family enjoying their stay at The Cave, in Boughton between Canterbury and Faversham.

The 30-year-old can be seen dancing, playing pool and enjoying a drink in the video.

She wrote: "The best things in life are the people we love, the places we've been and the memories we've made along the way."

Her stay comes after pop star and former Little Mix singer Jesy Nelson was spotted at the hotel in June.

The singer, who rose to fame after the all-girl group won the X Factor in 2011, was seen dining with a pal.

Fellow Towie personality Saffron Lempriere also visited The Cave last month.
