Store worker Rob Wilson got a surprise when he spotted this swarm of bees on a barrier at the back of Nasons department store in Canterbury.

The 31-year-old, who works for Nasons as a warehouseman, took this photo when he popped out into the yard at Jewry Lane.

He said: "I didn’t realise what it was. At first I thought it was a piece of rag drapped on the barrier, but as I got nearer and saw the movement, I realised what it was.

"It was just lucky I had my camera with me that day."
