Ski mask gunman in petrol station hold-up

A TEENAGER was threatened at gunpoint during a robbery at a petrol station in the Wincheap area of Canterbury.

A man wearing dark clothes and a ski mask pointed a handgun at the 18-year-old male cashier at the Esso petrol station and demanded cash. A sum of money was handed over.

The gunman left the garage and was last seen walking towards the city centre. Police have not been able to identify whether the handgun was a firearm, replica or air weapon.

No one was injured during the incident which happened at around 9.40pm on Friday.
