Teenager Lamarr Paul caught with heroin and crack cocaine locked up

A burly London teenager caught planning to sell heroin and crack cocaine in Canterbury has been locked up for two years.

Lamarr Paul was arrested in Kingsmead Road after running from uniformed officers and scattering wraps of the class A drugs as he fled.

Police recovered 99 wraps - 58 containing heroin and 41 containing crack cocaine - when he was held on July 21 this year (2015).

The 18-year-old was also in possession of three mobile phones and cash, Canterbury Crown Court heard.

Paul, of Whiteley Road, Norwood, admitted two charges of possessing class A drugs with intent to supply and was sentenced to two years in a young offenders’ institution.

He was also ordered to pay £1,000 costs.
