Teenager caught with kitchen knife and crack cocaine at Canterbury East station is jailed

A drug dealer caught with a kitchen knife and class A drugs at Canterbury East station has been jailed.

Jesse Johnson was searched by officers in June last year after a report he was seen carrying a knife.

They found a three inch blade and a set of scales in his rucksack as well as crack cocaine, cocaine and heroin in a suitcase he was carrying.

At a hearing at Canterbury Crown Court, the 19-year-old, of no fixed abode, pleaded guilty to three counts of possessing class A drugs with intent to supply and one count of possessing a knife.

He was jailed for two years and five months.
