Barry Goodwin's best images from the Canterbury Riverside 10k

Daniel Quinn came out on top at the Canterbury Riverside 10k on Sunday.

Quinn, who was running for South London Harriers in the M40 category, pipped Medway and Maidstone AC’s M50 Richard Tomlinson to the finish in 37min01sec.

Tomlinson finished two seconds further back after a race to the line while 17-year-old junior James Wisbey, of Deal Tri, also put in an impressive display, clocking 37.27 for third.

First female back was Thanet Road Runners’ Abigail Cardwell with 40.14 for 10th overall, ahead of Medway and Maidstone’s Jemma Whyman 42.03 who came back in 16th spot overall.

With more than 200 runners taking part, Folkestone Running Club member Karla Larnder was the third female across the line 45.23 for 26th place.
