Make the world better with a Christmas sweater. That's the message from charity Save the Children which will hold it's annual Christmas Jumper Day fundraiser this month.
Here's everything you need to know about taking part in Christmas Jumper Day 2019.
When is it?
Christmas Jumper Day 2019 takes place on Friday, December 13 this year.
Who can take part?
Schools, offices, sports teams, brownies to beaver packs - even the family dog - are being encouraged to ditch day-to-day dress and don their daftest, most wonderful woolies for the annual campaign. Click here for some of the Christmas jumpers available to buy on the High Street this year.
How much does it cost to join in?
Since it's launch in 2012 Christmas Jumper Day has raised £21milion to help Save the Children build a better future for children in the UK and around the world.
Participants are asked to display their festive knit and donate £2 to Save the Children. Suggested donations for schools, nurseries or pre-groups taking part is £1 from each child coming to class in a festive jumper.
And if you've yet to buy your Christmas clothing - a dedicated range of Christmas jumpers are now available from Argos and Sainsbury's where 25% of the sale will be donated to the cause as well.
How to register?
Signing up, registering or making your donation online is easy.
Schools who wish to sign their pupils up to take part will receive a free Fundraising Game Plan which is packed with posters, stickers and activities to help make the event a special occasion for youngsters.
Offices or workplaces signing up their teams will be sent a pack containing posters and some suggestions for some fun workplace-based fundraising whilst anyone wishing to join with family and friends can apply for a free pack that is suitable for taking part at home.
