It has been published as a public notice as the council says it will affect the building.

Another application has also been highlighted, for a detached outbuilding to be built at Hook Place Cottages, Hook Green Road, Southfleet, and serve as a gym/study and store.

The notice says it will, in the opinion of the local authority, affect the character or appearance of the surrounding conservation area.

A copy of the applications and accompanying documents may be inspected at the offices of the Planning Division, Civic Centre, Home Gardens, Dartford, Kent, DA1 1DR and on www.dartford.gov.uk. The application reference is DA/21/00130/LBC for the Wilmington plan and DA/21/00115/FUL for the Southfleet proposal.

The Civic Centre is open for appointments only, 10am to 2pm, and people are asked to use the website to view any documents.

Any representations you make must be made available to the applicant or any interested party.

Representations will be available in hard copy at The Civic Centre and will be placed on the council's website which means any comments made will be widely accessible.
