The search is on to find a lucky shopper who has won £1,000 but has no idea the prize is theirs.
The person is from somewhere in Dartford and has won a pile of Love2shop gift vouchers.
The winner was automatically entered in to the firm's UK-wide Big Thank You weekly prize draw during July.
But they haven't responded to emails letting them know of their windfall.
Throughout the summer, the gifting company has automatically entered every customer who buys products from their gifting website highstreetvouchers.com or Appreciate Business Services, with a draw taking place every Friday until September.
Despite phone calls and contacting the winner using the email they purchased their order through, the winner has not responded to claim their prize.
They have six months to contact Love2shop or the prize will be forfeited.
'The lucky winner is out there somewhere and just doesn’t know they have won – yet!'
GDPR and credit card security rules mean that Love2shop does not receive personal details such as home addresses and names. Winners receive an email notification but so far, no one has replied.
Katherine Scott, director of marketing at Love2shop, said: “The lucky winner is out there somewhere and just doesn’t know they have won – yet!
"It appears the customer ordered online but hasn’t answered our calls or checked further emails from us informing them that they have won. There are £1,000 worth of vouchers or gift cards just waiting for them to be claimed and enjoyed to spend.
“Our Big Thank You campaign is all about getting the UK saying thanks to loved ones, friends, neighbours and colleagues by treating them to a gift card or voucher to spend on what they really want. The weekly prize draw is Love2shop’s own way of saying thanks to all our wonderful customers.
"Everyone is automatically entered upon purchasing gift products because we believe they deserve a big thank you too. It would be great to find the winner and unite them with this special prize.”
A geo-locator tool shows the winner ordered from the Dartford area in July.
To claim the prize, contact the team at Love2shop by email at info@highstreetvouchers.com. You'll need proof of the amount you spent, date and type of gift you bought to verify you're the winner.
