Drivers were facing delays on the M25 after a crash involving a car and a lorry this morning.

The slip road at Junction 3 near Swanley was closed following the incident, which left a car facing the wrong way on the anticlockwise carriageway.

Delays were compounded by an earlier accident on the anticlockwise carriageway at the exit to of the Dartford Tunnel, which had blocked a lane of the M25 in Essex.
