A man was arrested on suspicion of drug driving after a collision between a car and a number of parked vehicles.
Police were called to Church Road, Swanscombe, just after 3pm on New Year's Eve.
The driver was arrested and taken to hospital with minor injuries and the road was reopened three hours later.
It is not yet known how the man was dealt with but police have been approached for an update.
