The firm behind a first aid treatment is teaming up to teach children life-saving skills.
Savlon is partnering with Mini First Aid to offer primary schools free workshops, including Dartford.
First Aid in Schools aims to ensure children feel prepared if faced with a medical emergency.
The campaign is an opportunity for parents, carers and schools to nominate their primary school for the chance to receive a free first aid class for up to 60 children.
The initiative will be running throughout the summer term and will provide classes to a total of 100 schools.
It is only open to schools across Dartford and the south east London area. Voting will end on Friday, April 30 and nominations can be made at www.savlon.co.uk/savlon-mfa-school-sign-up.
Founded in 2014 by mum-of-six Kate Ball, Mini First Aid was a response to a lack of early years focused and child-friendly first aid courses available to parents and young children.
In the session, children learn to deal with bumps, burns, breaks and bleeding, carry out CPR and deal with choking within a relaxed and comfortable class setting.
