Police are searching for two people who ran away after a chase which ended in officers stopping a car thought to have been stolen.

Officers from the roads policing unit pursued the vehicle before bringing it to a halt in Lowfield Street in Dartford at around 8pm on Friday, December 7.

Inquiries are ongoing to find a man and a woman who reportedly ran away from the car.

The car was recovered and will be examined by crime scene investigators for forensic evidence.
