Three people are being checked over by paramedics following a two-car collision on the A20.
Traffic is queuing as the A20 Main Road in Farningham is closed in both directions due to the incident between the A225 Dartford Road and London Road.
Those involved are being checked over by paramedics as a precaution, said a Kent Police spokesman.
Police were called at around 12.55pm today and are still at the scene alongside highways officers and the South East Coast Ambulance Service.
The road has been closed to allow the vehicles to be recovered and oil removed from the carriageway.
