A man was taken to hospital after he and a woman were pushed into a river by someone thought to be on a bike.

Officers were called at 10.22am on Saturday after the incident in the River Darent at Lullingstone Country Park, Eynsford.

A man in his 60s was taken to a local hospital for treatment.

It is thought the attacker had been riding a bike prior to the incident.
