A man will appear in court following a disturbance which broke out after a car crash.

Several people are said to have become involved in a dispute after a car hit into a number of parked vehicles in St Vincent’s Road, Dartford.

Officers attended the incident which happened shortly before 7.30pm yesterday.

No serious injuries have been reported, however an ambulance crew also attended and the alleged driver of the vehicle was taken to a local hospital.

As part of enquiries, a 41-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of failing to provide a blood specimen.

Jagdish Rana, of Henderson Drive, Dartford, has since been charged with the offence.

He has been released on bail to attend Medway Magistrates’ Court on Friday November 12.
