Police drone used to help locate missing woman in Greenhithe who was later found safe and well

Poor weather hindered the police using technology to help find a missing woman.

Kent Police Roads unit tweeted a picture of its thermal imaging camera which was used to help find a high risk missing person in Greenhithe.

However, the weather conditions made the search difficult.

This morning, the force confirmed they had received a report of a missing woman at 5.29pm but said she had since been found safe and well
