A police helicopter was drafted in after concerns were raised about a man spotted near a psychiatric hospital in Dartford.

Police were called to Bow Arrow Lane on Tuesday at 3.30pm after reports of concern for a man seen just along from Little Brook Hospital.

The helicopter circled the area for an hour before moving off, leaving two police cars stationed in the road.

The man was found at about 5pm at Gravesend Railway Station in Rathmore Road by British Transport Police (BTP) officers and was taken back to Little Brook.
