Police seized 400 cannisters of nitrous oxide, more commonly known as laughing gas, from a group of young people who were racing around a country park last night.

Officers attended Darenth Country Park, near Dartford, at around 10pm where they found the youngsters tearing around the car park.

They were stopped and searched with 400 nitrous oxide canister found on them.

The cannisters were seized before officers offered them some words of advice and made them clean up the mess.
