A primary school held an activity-filled week in aid of mental health awareness and cancer research.
Westgate Primary School, in Summerhill Road, Dartford, raised £372 for Cancer Research UK and Young Minds.
Pupils took part in a Race for Life, yoga and meditation classes, fitness workouts and football-themed activities to promote a healthy mind and body.
They also donned the colour yellow for Young Minds' #HelloYellow campaign to raise awareness of children's mental health.
A representative from the NSPCC also paid a visit to the school to hold an assembly about what to do if you are being bullied.
Teacher Hannah Taylor said: "At Westgate Primary School, we are committed to supporting the emotional health and wellbeing of our pupils and staff.
"We know that everyone experiences life challenges that can make us vulnerable and at times, anyone may need additional emotional support.
"We take the view that positive mental health is everybody's business and that we all have a role to play."
