Tunnel closed at Dartford Crossing after collision between two cars

Part of the Dartford tunnel was closed following a collision between two cars.

Traffic was temporarily held on the M25 approaching the scene following the accident.

The left tunnel on the A282 northbound at the Dartford Crossing was closed. It has since been reopened.

Highways England tweeted that their traffic officers were at the scene and attempting to move the two vehicles.
