Tony Burman dedicated Dartford's Kent Senior Cup win to his senior players.
Relegation from Conference Premier two years running hurt the Darts old guard but they stayed loyal to the club and were celebrating at Princes Park on Tuesday night.
Lee Burns, Ryan Hayes, Elliot Bradbrook and Danny Harris were all on the pitch at the end of their 3-1 win over Charlton while injured Lee Noble watched from the stands.

Burman said: "I’m delighted. I’m really pleased that we’ve won a bit of silverware.
"I’m especially pleased for everyone involved with the club but also for the older players in the squad. To have a couple of years like they’ve had, they’ve done well this year and to finish it off with the silverware is excellent.
"The two years we’ve had in the Premier were very difficult but everyone tried their best, on and off the field.
"I’m pleased for everyone involved with the club. We treated the competition with respect, we’ve always played the majority of the squad in the previous rounds and we’ve beaten some good sides. I think we’ve got our just rewards."
Bradbrook opened the scoring and late goals from Ronnie Vint and Ben Francis sealed the win.
Burman said: "We were disappointed with the goal against us but we felt if we could come in at half-time 1-1… The game got a little bit aggressive in the last 15 minutes of the first half and that probably suited us better than Charlton.
"They came at us in the first part of the second half but the set-pieces, our corners, we looked very dangerous when we had them. That told in the end."
