FA Cup third qualifying round draw: Maidstone v Dartford; Folkestone v Gloucester; Aylesbury v Ebbsfleet

The draw for the FA Cup third qualifying round has thrown up a big Kent derby.

Maidstone meet Dartford at the Gallagher Stadium in a battle of the current top two in National League South.

Both clubs overcame Isthmian South East opposition at the weekend, with United 3-1 winners at Chichester while Darts beat Hythe 5-1 at home.

Folkestone’s reward for their 7-2 win at Ashford Town (Middx) is a home draw against ambitious National North outfit Gloucester City.

Ebbsfleet, 2-1 winners at Carshalton, are away again, with Dennis Kutrieb’s side off to Aylesbury United.

There's £5,625 on offer for the winners, with losing clubs taking £1,875.

Margate, Tonbridge and Welling all went out at the weekend, while National League Dover enter in the fourth and final qualifying round.
