Police investigating an incident in Dover town centre are appealing for witnesses to come forward.

It happened outside the Card Factory shop in Biggin Street at about 11.30am on Tuesday December 22.

It is alleged a woman attacked a 26-year-old man with a walking stick, causing minor injuries to his nose.

A 19-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of assault and has been released on bail while officers make further enquiries.
