It was simple sense of smell that led police to find these plants in a cannabis raid.
The pungent odour led officers to a property in Deal where one person was arrested.
The Dover Community PolicingTeam then found these suspect plants in the garden.

A tweet from Kent Police at Dover explained: "Using sense of smell, #DoverCPT officers traced their way to an address in #Dealwhere they identified an address where cannabis was believed to be growing.
"Occupant was arrested which provided instant search powers locating a significant crop in the garden."
