Health order bakery re-opsns

A bakery in Dover has re-opened after it was closed by magistrates following complaints about health concerns.

The Emergency Prohibition Order was granted under the Food Hygiene Regulations 2006 at Dover Magistrates Court on Wednesday, December 23, in respect of the Kent Bakery, London Road, Dover.

The reason for the order was lack of running water, filthy conditions and inadequate pest proofing.

Environmental health officers revisited the premises on Christmas Eve and the bakery was allowed to reopen because the Health Risk Condition was removed.
