A major route has been blocked after two cars and a motorbike crashed on a roundabout.

Traffic is queuing on the A256 Sandwich Bypass after the collision on the A258, Deal roundabout at 8.55am.

Officers were called to the scene following reports of the three-vehicle smash.

A police spokesperson said: “The driver of one of the vehicles was treated at the scene by the ambulance service.

“Police officers assisted with traffic management and the recovery of the vehicles involved.”

The ambulance service has been contacted for a comment.
