A busy road is closed in both directions after a crash.
Motorist are facing delays on the A258 at St Margaret's at Cliffe, between Doverand Deal.
The road is blocked in both directions and traffic is queuing from Dover Road to Pond Lane.
The police are still at the scene and two people are being treated at the scene by paramedics.
Steve Knight, spokesman for police, said: "Kent Police was called at 4.30pm following a collision involving a car and a van on the A258 at Swingate near the junction with Dover Road.
"The road is currently blocked and motorists are advised to expect delays and find alternative routes if possible.
