Deal: Southeastern service delays due to trespasser

A train service was forced to come to a halt after a trespasser went onto the line.

All Southeastern trains in Deal were unable to move due to the incident.

Replacement buses were provided for passengers.

It is understood a person has been arrested and trains were able to start running again when power had been restored to the line.

The British Transport Police have been contacted for a comment.
