Dover have signed former Ebbsfleet striker Nathan Elder.
The 28-year-old scored 16 goals for the Fleet last season but he was not offered a contract by new manager Steve Brown.
Elder follows in the footsteps of fellow centre-forward Calum Willock, who joined Dover after leaving Ebbsfleet last summer.
And he teams up with former Fleet team-mate Craig Stone at Crabble after the right-back became Chris Kinnear's first summer signing earlier this month.
Elder played for Brighton, Brentford and Shrewsbury before dropping into non-league football with Hayes & Yeading in 2011.
He then featured for Hereford in League 2 before Liam Daish brought him to Stonebridge Road in July 2012.
Elder scored 10 of his league goals before Christmas, after which he struggled to find his best form in the Fleet side which was relegated from Conference Premier.
