Dover goalkeeper Andy Rafferty will be out for around six weeks after having his appendix removed.

Rafferty, who joined Whites from Hartlepool last season, underwent surgery on Sunday, less then 24 hours after being on the bench for the Vanarama National League clash with Chester at Crabble.

That leaves Mitch Walker, who has played in all three league games so far, and goalkeeping coach Lee Hook, as boss Chris Kinnear's options.
