Wealdstone v Dover

Dover will be looking to bounce back from their first defeat in 11 league games when they visit Wealdstone tomorrow (Saturday).

Andy Hessenthaler's side were beaten 1-0 at Sutton in midweek and Whites will be keen to go on another run.

He said: “Our next two games against Wealdstone at Ruislip Manor on Saturday and home to Tonbridge the following week, will be similar and we have to sit down and reflect on the team and performance at Sutton and look at who we pick on the day.

“It’s only two defeats in 15 games and if anyone had told me at the start of the season we would have a run like that, I would have taken it.”

Dover are still six points clear with a game in hand at the top of the Ryman League Premier Division.

Laurence Ball should be fit at the weekend but Sammy Moore is doubtful and Hessenthaler could name himself in the squad after recovering from a calf problem.

He has also completed a two-match touchline ban and will be back in the dug-out at the weekend.
