Dover Athletic v Ashford Town (Middx)

The Ryman League Premier Division season may only be three weeks old, but the fixture computer has already thrown up a tasty-looking top-of-the-table clash this Saturday.

Leaders Ashford Town (Middx), the only team in the division with a 100 per cent record after the opening six matches, travel to the Perrys Crabble Stadium to take on second-placed Dover Athletic, who have won five out of six.

And Whites manager Andy Hessenthaler believes that the greater strength in depth of his squad this season is already paying dividends.

On Tuesday, with his side trailing 1-0 at home to Horsham, Hessenthaler brought on wide men Jerahl Hughes and Sam Jones for the second half and they both played their part as Dover hit back to win 2-1 thanks to a brace of superb goals from midfielder Jon Wallis.

Hessenthaler said:"The fact that I can now bring on players like Sam and Jerahl, who are capable of changing a game, shows just how strong the squad is now."
