That's right, our annual Ward and Partners Children's Awards are back for another year - and the nomination period to find this year's tribe of brave and inspiring youngsters has now opened.

Ward and partners childrens awards 2018

No child should have to face adversity, illness or disability.

But these awards, held in conjunction with the Kent-based estate agent, are held to recognise and celebrate the incredible efforts and achievements of these children, their families and the organisations and charities which support them.

The awards, which take place in the autumn, are now in their 16th year.

There are seven categories through which to nominate an individual, charity or organisation.

From children who have triumphed over adversity, to exceptional young carers and fundraisers, we want to be told about them all.

We also want to hear about those who have achieved in music, sport or the arts, children who have undertaken an extraordinary act of bravery or courageous families which are enduring illness or disability.

To nominate a child, family or charity that you believe is truly deserving please complete the form on this page.

They could be in with the chance of winning a prize, not to mention the opportunity to enjoy a fun afternoon out at the awards luncheon later this year, which will again be hosted by Good Morning Britain presenter Charlotte Hawkins and this year has a fantastic superhero theme!

The seven awards open for nomination are:

    Three age groups: 0-5 6-11 12-16
  • Young Fundraiser
