Four teens rescued from the roof of Halifax in Folkestone

A teenager became stuck on the roof of a bank after officers managed to coax down three others.

Four in total, two boys and two girls, had managed to get themselves onto the roof of the three-storey Halifax bank in Sandgate Road, Folkestone.

Police were called just after 8.20pm yesterday and managed to get three out of four down - but the last teenager required help.

The crew left the scene at 10pm.

A police spokesman said: "Police officers went to the scene and three of them came down from the roof when instructed.
