Cat with nine tales to tell

HARRY the cat has been grounded after bending the rules just a little too much. The cat didn't just stay out late. He went walkabouts for a whole month.

His owner, Lynette Robinson, feared the worst and didn't think she'd see her beloved Tonkinese again. But then she appealed to the Kentish Express newspaper for publicity in a last bid to try to track the moggie down.

To her surprise she later received a telephone call from Kentish Express Cat Search columnist, Lin Toynbee, saying the cat was safe and well.

A resident of The Bayle in Folkestone had taken Harry in, believing him to be a stray. Harry was then taken back to his home in Cambridge Gardens, Folkestone.

Lynette said: "I am so pleased to have him home. I'd almost given up hope. When he went missing I was so upset and dispondent. He's part of the family. Now he's grounded until further notice."
