The trailer and release date of a new television drama which saw a street in Kent turned into a “crime scene” for filming earlier this year has been announced.
Cast and crews behind The Serial Killer’s Wife set to drop on Paramount+ were spotted in Folkestone and Saltwood in Hythe in June.
The team behind the series were filming at a house in Church Road, Cheriton, with a fake police car and a forensics van being pictured nearby too.
Production crews were also snapped setting up black tents in the front gardens of two houses on the opposite side of the road.
A week later, filming took place in Saltwood where they were shooting for a couple of weeks and are believed to have shot footage at a restaurant in The Green.
The series will be based off the book written by Alice Hunter, with the Daily Mail describing the story as “a stunning debut which richly deserves to be a hit”.
Now the trailer has been released for the drama, which is due to be on our screens on December 15.
The White Cliffs of Dover can be seen in the trailer as well as other coastal areas.
