Two men have been arrested on suspicion of theft after several police cars descended on a garage this morning.

At least four police cars - including both marked and unmarked vehicles - were spotted at the Six Mile Garage on Stone Street in Stelling Minnis between Folkestone and Canterbury.

Police confirmed they were called to the garage at around 7am.

Two men were arrested on suspicion of theft of a motor vehicle at the scene, and have since been released pending further investigation.
