A multi-vehicle crash has sparked the closure of the A2.
The road is shut London-bound near Gravesend, by the A227 Wrotham Road turn-off.
Traffic is snarled-up on the road, with queues building following the crash at about 6.30pm.
It is open after the Ebbsfleet junction, about 1.5 miles further up the A2.
