Tributes to motorcyclist killed in crash at Shorne, just off M2 between Strood and Gravesend

Tributes have been paid to a biker aged in his 20s, who was killed in a crash in Shorne.

Messages left with flowers at the scene of the crash in Pale Park, paid tribute to Kieran, with family members writing of their grief at his sudden loss.

"Our hearts are broken, fly high sweetheart", read one, while another stated "too soon, too young sweetheart."

The crash happened at 3.56pm yesterday in Park Pale, which runs next to the M2 near Junction 1 between Strood and Gravesend.

Police later confirmed the rider, a man in his 20s, was pronounced dead at the scene. The silver Yamaha motorbike he was riding was said to be the only vehicle involved.

Ambulance crews and the air ambulance responded.

Police are appealing for any information or footage which may help in their investigations.
