Fire crews are at the scene of a car crash on the A2 at Cobham.

Crews were called about a mile from the Cobham exit on the A2 coastbound just after 2pm.

Two fire engines, air ambulance, police, ambulance crews and the highways authority were all in attendance.

A spokesman for Kent Fire and Rescue said: "No one is trapped and crews are assisting ambulance crews giving first aid.

"Kent Police and the Highways Authority are in the process of closing the A2 coastbound to allow the Air Ambulance to land."
