Detectives have released CCTV footage of men they want to talk to in connection with an armed robbery at a newsagent last week.

A group of people walked into Martin’s newsagent in Main Road, Longfield, at around 11am last Thursday armed with a knife and a small gun.

They threatened a woman working in the shop, who handed over around £300 from the till.

The group then ran off and no one was hurt.

Police believe that the men pictured may have information which would help to trace those responsible.

Det Con Geoff McCreery is leading the investigation. He said: "Hopefully someone will be able to put a name to these faces but I would also like to hear from anyone who thinks they may have seen the offenders as they ran from the shop."

Anyone with information can contact DC McCreery on 01474 366091 or call Kent Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555111.
