A disabled teenager has been granted his fifteen minutes of fame due to the release of a new children's film.
Cameron Edmonds will be pictured on packs of limited edition memorabilia used to promote animated adventure Sherlock Gnomes.
The 18-year-old, from Gravesend, suffers from degenerative muscle disorder Duchene Muscular Dystrophy.
Each pack will contain a heart shaped pin with two of the film's main characters, Sherlock Gnomes and his assistant, Gnome Watson.
Cameron has been provided with the exciting opportunity thanks to children's charity Variety.
The organisation attempts to improve the lives of young people in the UK who are sick, disabled or disadvantaged.
It has created the Sherlock Gnomes pins as part of its annual Variety Gold Hearts campaign, which has been running since 1991.
Proceeds will allow the charity to provide children with life-changing equipment and experiences.
Cameron, who is a Variety Young Ambassador, said: "I’m really chuffed.
"I’m really looking forward to seeing the film."
Sherlock Gnomes will be released on Friday, May 11.
