It’s not just cycling that can get you fit at the Cyclopark with Kettlercise classes and healthy food and drink.

Louise Cartwright is owner of Revolution Fitness Solutions and has been running classes since June.

She said: “As a qualified children’s health related exercise instructor, my classes are suitable for both adults and children alike and I would like to bring more children in to the classes as not only a way to get fit, but a way to spend quality and hopefully fun time with their family.”

Louise is also hoping to help people with common medical conditions such as obesity and diabetes.

She added: “I want to offer classes specifically designed for some more of these special populations so that the Cyclopark can be an iconic facility providing activity for everyone regardless of age and ability.”

After each session on a Saturday morning, exercisers head to the Cyclocafe run by Julian Ramirez.
