A second consultation is taking place for a new riverside housing development.

In partnership with Gravesham council, Ebbsfleet Development Corporation (EDC) has created a blueprints for Milton Place in Gravesend.

The new homes, if they go ahead, will be located on the green land just behind Gravesend Promenade.

The EDC sought local people’s views last year and designed a few development options. It will now begin a second consultation.

The land has been earmarked by the council as having the potential to meet the need for new homes and to help meet specialist housing targets.

The council and corporation own the land.

A questionnaire has been created to help people to respond to the various options.

Boards setting out the thoughts shared at the event last year have been prepared along with the resulting draft options, and can be seen at the consultation tomorrow between 3pm and 7.30pm at Gravesham Borough Council reception, Civic Centre, Windmill Street, Gravesend.

If you are unable to attend the event you can take part online by following the link here.
